Only in town for a short time? We usually offer drop-in guided meditations every day except Sunday at 9:30am.
These sessions are led by an experienced practitioner and last around one hour.
Mondays and Fridays are Movie Days! Join us at 2pm on these days to watch documentaries or features of Buddhist interest.
You’re also welcome to visit our excellent library, or use one of our 3 meditation halls for your own practice.
Since we have ongoing residential courses and retreats, we ask visitors to help support our students by keeping silence while here.
We hope that this retreat environment makes your visit more special, and warmly welcome you to stop by for a taste of Tushita.
