HOW TO MEDITATE
Course
dates: November 11 - 15
Only remaining short course for 2008
Everyone
wants to have happiness and be free from suffering, sorrow and unhappy
states of mind. True happiness is only found in our mind and does not
come from outside circumstances. In this 5-day residential
program you will get an introduction to the different types of
meditation practiced in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition as well as very
practical details about how to sit properly and how to set up your own
meditation session. These meditations will give you an insight into the
mind itself and will provide you with tools to develop a more balanced
and peaceful mind.
