Led by Venerable Jamyang.
The way we learn to be successful and happy brings us often to a place where the mind is restless, unhappy, and dissatisfied. We might feel that we are a failure, that something is wrong with us, that we don’t deserve to be successful, or even that we are not loveable.
Due to our ignorance we cannot see the nature of reality. Due to this we are vulnerable for a conditioning that is not align with reality, and therefore doesn’t have the capacity to bring us what we set out for.
In this course we will explore the nature of the mind on both the conventional and ultimate level and what prevents us from living in accordance with our nature. You will learn how to take care of your mind based on Buddhist concepts, which include past and future lives and karma.
You will learn techniques based on (self)compassion that help you to bring your mind home, to a place beyond hope and fear where you experience the natural peace of just being present. When the mind aligns with this natural balance, the body also relaxes, releasing patterns of attachment and aversion to reclaim the present moment with freedom, ease and love.
