LAST ONLINE INTRO COURSE!
No classes on Saturday & Sunday
Our resident teacher, Ven. Drolma, along with our meditation leader, Maya, will be leading daily sessions Monday through Friday live via Zoom (an online platform). You will be able to see one-another and even ask questions directly!
We will be offering online teachings and meditations in a program similar in content to our Introduction to Buddhism courses: Mind and its Potential, Four Noble Truths, How to Meditate, Death, Impermanence, 4 Immeasurables, Bodhicitta, Karma, Purification, Equanimity, Anger, Exchanging Self/Others, and Emptiness.
We recommend that you refer to our booklet, Introduction to Buddhism – Readings and Materials.
