The highest potential of each human being is great kindness and understanding, having sensitivity to each other; and the understanding of immediate and ultimate needs of others. – Lama Yeshe, Founder of Universal Education
This teaching will introduce you to 16 guidelines for life – timeless universal values each of which are rooted in the foundations of compassion and wisdom.
This will hopefully inspire you to join our short non-residential course on the same topic, which we will host in 2024: Building Inner Strength, March 30 & 31.
Compassion is the primary attitude leading to personal and collective happiness. Wisdom being an understanding of our mind and of the reality of the world, is key to developing compassion. Embodying these 16 universal attitudes can facilitate lasting change in our minds through strengthening emotional resilience and warm-heartedness aligning with our true nature.
If you are interested to explore these values and see how they align with your own core values and would like to try some of the techniques on offer for building inner strength, then come join us in the beautiful setting of Tushita or online.
